I cannot imagine who this does not effect though. I personally have not experienced the tragic outcome of some, but we all have loved ones whether friends or family that this devastates. I just wish we could get more people aware that they can wait, phone calls can wait, texts can wait, that one Mom just about killed me when she quoted the last text the person that struck her young son sent, " I'm on my way " I still get chills now typing that.

I use mine now ( a new one replaced the 15 yr old one) and it is lifted down off a tall cupboard 2 times a week for one loaf of GF bread, lol

well in your case there was no choice but to take them then. I understand that part. I am really glad your pain is better because it is just so depressing when it will not leave and nothing gets done in the everyday chores while you wait for a flare up to pass.

Oh Dear! That IS very young, the pain you have must be just unbearable, so sorry. I too suffer, have been trying to find ways around the pain other than taking pain relievers. I have found some improvement from removing gluten, and dairy...but even that is a struggle sometimes because I do love bread! lol

Just spoke to an old h/s friend yesterday who is retired....she sounds happy enough, but her DH was about 13 yrs senior to her, so that was a factor when she retired with him.
