I hear ya loud and clear. The juicing helped me lose 11 lbs, I was energized, stoked, motivated!! Then DH starts bringing home crap, here and there, and I start nibbling here and there. Not blaming him, I should have the willpower! Then that wonderful delicious Thanksgiving meal!! agh!!! Oh well as you say at least with the juicing the nutrients from all the veggies and fruits are in me. You could try it. Better than nothing.

you know what? That is what makes it so very tough for younger people stretching their food budget, they see that and go oh! might as well save money and buy the pop. I know from the past that pop was never a good thing, so I tried to only buy occasionally. Darn those evil pop manufacturers!

np, you know what really bugs me though? when the stores put Coke on sale!!! ( or sometimes almost free!! grrr, how can I resist? lol)

yes, my DH and kids never say no if I slip up and bring something home, they never say " aw I just don't feel right eating this unhealthy food " I do know that when I am hot, i am RED hot, nothing makes me drift off course, but now I am lost without a compass! lol

oh yes! I have never really experienced first hand the extreme storms ( hurricanes, tornadoes) so nowadays I am thinking there are so many and they keep getting closer to where I am!! agh!!!

Better than bed bugs but I'm pretty sure this kind of stuff only happens to me!!I have the cleanest house on the block for sure, just putting it back together this week.Hope you are enjoying the summer so far.I usually don't work very much in the summer but my sister in law and my brother own a golf course and I am going to be the beer cart girl for the weekend.They have a huge tournament and no staff.This is going to be interesting.....I am not a huge drinker and I was going over the price list so I knew my prices, people actually pay 6.00 for a beer! I am getting old, I worked part time in a pub when I was 18 and beer was 1.25 and .75 at happy hour.Hope I can make it through the weekend.
