I'm an emotional eater...oops, correct that: I WAS an emotional eater, but I've learned that, and now know how to control my eating habits instead of being controlled by them. ugh! do you know when I am focused and good I can conquer the world ( diet wise, clean eating) I mean anyone could have eaten anything right in front of me and I would not flinch ( or binge ) but yikes when I am bad I am horrid! ( like the child's verse ) so here I sit and wait to get truly furious and fed up with my behaviour...it'll come. it better! I cannot buy new clothes again, lol
