So sorry to "read" that you were depressed when you were younger... I am not sure if I ever have sunk into serious depression... I've always been afraid of sinking into depression since I believe my mom have it, hence I studied psychology, and I studied as much as I can about the illness.

Arming myself with as much knowledge about depression really helped me alot, as I now have tools to combat depression, and I can spot when the signs show up. It helps to be able to curtail depression when it is in the early stages, and not let it spiral downwards...

Peony? Nope, it's Wild Rose! The Wild Rose is the Alberta Provincial Flower. But we have some out in Lotusland, too. When there's a lot in bloom and it's sunny and hot they produce an intoxicating cloud of rose scent.
