thank you, Nat, but honestly, I'm bored!! Everything is done, it's too snowy to go anywhere today, and my Hubby is reassuring me that we simply have to enjoy quiet days like this before "everything" starts in a few days. He's right...even with my meds I can still tire easily. Not shopping! But that sitting around chatting, eating too much, sipping wine (I'm going to make up a pitcher of virgin Caesars for myself until dinner, when I will have some wine)...that's why I instigated that "KrisKringle" game...it'll keep us all busy for a while! And I know it'll be so much fun!
I'm happy to hear that you had such a good visit with your new physiotherapist and that you got up for a while!! Did you ask any of them about an apt. sized wheelchair for yourself?

aw hon. I really do identify so much with your pain, the reality of the various diagnosis and the back and forth with progress.
It's too much to bear at times and I would also bury my head in a pillow and cry too. That being said, your inspirational posts, the many humorous pics and videos, and all around positive attitude shines through.
Take each day as it comes, that is all any of us can do.

ty for the rep...so far Thursday has gone pretty good. A bit of a hold up in making another batch of the roasted red pepper soup though as I simply could not open the huge jar of peppers. Second time this happened. DH opened it when he got up for work, so my soup is finally on the go! lol.

Hi, Thank you, Nat...not one of my best days, still in a lot of shoulder pain from my fall on Thanksgiving day, but I see my physiotherapist on Monday. I hope they can "work out" whatever is going on, it's quite painful. Hope you've feeling your best today, Nat!!

I was laughing at the attendants many tries to sneak the baby away! Also laughed at many of us humans that are also distracted by food....maybe not honey water but it's always something. Yes, the surprise when she suddenly realizes she has 2 babies! I am sure they must wait for both babies to be strong enough and possibly self sufficient? Pandas sure are a wonder!

oh good grief! I posted too soon? Just read about the path to bed last night and how slow and painful it was (again ). Honestly, the Universe is really not being fair about this. ((( double hugs ))) Natalka.

totally understandable that your guys weren't necessarily craving a traditional Thanksgiving meal, but with everything your family has gone through wrt health, any get together you have enjoyed is the focus I am sure. There have been Christmases where I have felt so overwhelmed leading up to the day that I wanted to suggest all of us going out for Chinese Food that day!! ha ha

good morning Natalka, hope your Thanksgiving meal went smoothly. We did ours like you, kept it simple. I was so pleased with spending a little more for the Butterball bird, my goodness talk about moist! The white breast slices once on our plates you could press down with your fork to cut them. My DH is the GRAVY king! This year was even better as that lovely bird gave off a ton of juices to work with. I'll have to get another at Christmas for sure.
