just read the post about you prepping the fresh dill to freeze! Two of my all time fav. herbs are fresh dill and fresh basil!! The aroma of them is Mmmmmm.

oh that does sound nice. I agree the authentic restaurants always do right by the customer. DH and I enjoyed a meal at this huge Greek restaurant near us and Nat the portions were insane! Easily I could have split my meal into 3 decent sized meals. ( I didn't ha ha but I brought home part of what I just couldn't finish ) My DD loves the way they make their potatoes.

funny I get no reaction when I eat cheese. I eat Havarti, Mozz, Parm, cheddar, and feta occasionally with no digestive discomfort....but milk, coffee or whipped cream or ice cream and I am a cramping mess. I've yet to try those Lactaid pills, just never bought them. Hope you were o.k.

isn't that the funniest coincidence? We both told avon that white cats can also be deaf. My DS cat ( named Dot for the teensy littlest dot of black on her head at birth AND she had 1 blue and 1 green eye ) Vet said that if both eyes had been blue and she did not have that tiny black mark, she most likely would have been a deaf cat.
Last night I shed tears at his place as I saw her wee pink pawprint plaque with her name on it....that was so tough once again thinking about her.

Good morning, Nat!! Oh, I know you weren't implying that I shouldn't post another bat picture..hahaha...but dang it, I find those wee flying foxes and fruit bats so sweet....scared little wee things...I'm just thankful that there are people in the world who set up 'clinics' for those babies and rehabilitate them into the wild again.

You sure did have a busy Easter weekend! All those preps, good heavens, all that pressure when you and your Hubby aren't feeling well. I've had to give up a lot of stuff that I used to do over the course of the past few years, so many surgeries, so much time doing sweet nothing (boring nothings!). Although I'm back to doing things I used to enjoy doing, I don't put as much pressure on as I once did and it's quite liberating... One thing hasn't changed: the fact that our DD wants to get together to make dozens of dozens of pyrohy esp once their 6x9 island countertop goes in....boy, my Mom would have loved that!!!
