LOL, no I don't do it a lot , but sometimes when I'm in the mood then I go to the threads that I frequent on a daily basis and rep everyone until I'm all out of reps.....of course its fun to give and receive them and some friends rep me everyday and I gladly reciprocate......don't worry you don't have to thank me or rep me every time I send a rep your way , as long as it brings a smile to your face

You were asking what area I live in. I am in the Beaches area of Toronto, just across from Kew Gardens if you know the area at all. I love the convenience, everything a few steps away, library, restaurants, stores, park, lake etc. Sounds like where you are is nice. Friendly really helps eh? What area in Scarborough were you, I used to live there. TTYL

g,m. - why Whitby, well, this is how it went; after Paul died, I couldn't say in our house, never really liked it anyway, the neighbourhood had changed dramatically & most were very young families; so I started looking & wanted 2 move further east, I was looking in Pickering, but couldn't afford the houses I liked. Found a few in Oshawa I liked very much & a LOT less expensive, but it was just 2 far. My son lives in Pickering & I have 1 friend in Whitby, but almost everyone I know lives west to Young St. So, when I saw this house, JUST inside the Whitby border, couldn't pass it up.
The area is nice, quiet (there's a park 2 houses away) & friendly. Most of the neighbours have come over to welcome me. Within 10 minutes of me is absolutely anything you might be looking for. What area of the city do you live in ??
Still tons of renos to do, but out of $ 4 now - so focusing on unpacking. Thank you 4 asking. Got to go - picking up a friend @ the Go station. Hope u have a great day. ttyl

Hi 22, Glad to hear you like Whitby. I don't know much about it myself, but have heard it is friendly which is great for a place to live. That's great you found out your neighbor went to High School with you! Wow, what a shock and a good one if you like them! What was your reason to move to Whitby, did you know anyone? Good luck on you move. Whitby is a good and friendly place to live, I did a job there during the summer for my hvac career as a helper and i really like the people there.

thx - moving 2 Whitby; lived in same house in Scarborough for 25 years, so lots of stuff - I'm pretty organized, but my late husband wasn't; since he died, I have gotten rid of a OF STUFF !!!! But still, to move a home, & alone, is VERY STRESSFUL & ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTING. Left this a.m. @ 7 & just got home about 10. Got 2 go 2 bed after I put a load of laundry in. Thx again & I'll ttyl.

Hi, Hope your move goes smoothly. Renos and moving wow that is stressful. I've collected so much stuff over the years it would be pretty hard for me. I'm going to try to start purging but I find it hard, I'm the type that always thinks "oh maybe I'll need it or use it or wear it....! Do you have alot of stuff to move? Are you getting rid of a lot or are you the type who is more organized? What area are you going to? Anyway, good luck with it all. Don't worry about the songs, we'll do our best, although you will be missed!

Hey thanks 22hicks, same to you! My family is pretty small now, only my daughter and husband left, but we just have our own day, open presents and the such. I buy for my daughter because she doesn't get all those extras from the grandparents, uncles, aunts, brothers and sisters that some seem to.
