aw, sorry to hear you are beginning the week a bit sluggish? If it helps any I hurt my back ever so slightly the other day and now have limited mobility ( GRRR! ) again. Oh that was SUCH an idiotic thing I did trying to figure out DH's bench weight machine, I had pushed something that I thought was a moveable part and I was standing when I did it, but THAT part never budged at all.
I remember thinking " hmmm, why was that so very heavy? " when I thought I had removed the pin so no weight would be there?! o.k so I just walked away thinking I'll ask DH to show me again how it works and I never felt a thing till late last night. This a.m. getting out of bed was horrid, but forced myself to swim, in a way I felt better after. When I went to Physio 3 hrs later she scolded me ( again ) and reminded me I NEED to do everything in slow motion and NEVER from a standing position to push or pull anything heavy.

Honestly I know that BUT ugh!!! I can tell it is not as bad ( not sciatica type ) so now I must start doing all the back stretches again! I am a danger to myself I guess? ha ha Just wait till I tell Lynn what I did!

yeah! I agree, I thought this w/e was suppose to be glorious?? Not that great.

So very true. It was warm, but still needed a light jacket & it wasn't as sunny as it was suppose to, but it's better than white stuff & cold. Hope you bf's hubby is getting better.

Imagine they had all the other items of produce out and stacked up and I just wanted and needed 2 bunches of fresh spinach ( which I wanted to PM for cheaper than theirs ) and of course the spot where they place the spinach was bare! I asked if any in the back but they said all wrapped up on a skid at the moment....come back later. GRRR!! AND their bell peppers came 3 in a pack, and the cheaper price at NF that I wanted to PM for was the 4 in a pack....of course!! ha ha THEN they always ask if I want their stupid MC??? Every time they ask! no thanks.

yes baby!! I wrote that down yesterday in my shopping list ( all excited ) and then I TOTALLY did NOT make it to Sobey's this a.m. after swimming! I intended too, but after I hit up WM for some PM-ing and then was forced to go to NF for the stuff WM did not have on the shelf.....bah!! I just went back home. Tomorrow though I am getting maybe just $200.00 worth. The sunshine is out right now trying to force that white stuff to melt away!!

Hi, yes I came back on Monday after a 5-day stay.
She is much, much better, and was discharged on Monday.
It was tough seeing her all hooked up, IV, feeding tube,
heart and breathing rate monitors, poor tiny baby.
But she is now on the mend, thankfully.
