A little late, but thanks for the rep!

well what can ya do eh? It is all in the name of better health, and I do have to remember that I always get the lowest prices for my juicing produce so that really helps. ( 77 cent English cukes, 99 cent kale, etc.) I always make a large batch and jar them to use up within the 48 hr nutrient value window time frame, so I think that was the part that bugged me, if I had just juiced enough for one serving the loss would have been negligible.
Oy! hicks, we started on DD's room ( redoing the entire thing, AND her closet too) I used power tools and felt so accomplished!! ) After she is done work today we will start up again. Made great progress but you know when you both run out of steam you just have to surrender! ha ha .
Hope your hot and sunny Sunday was enjoyable, we both got sun kissed from being out back sanding/painting furniture.

aw hicks, you should have seen my face when I stirred the green juice around the pan, I was like WTF??! It has never done that, ever! Thank goodness I cannot afford organic produce or the cost would have been double. I just made a fresh batch about 3/4 hr ago, ( was at least able to PM the kale at WM ) and came out fine the way it always does, so no more experimenting with unknown green veggies, I am sticking to what works from here on.

a simply gorgeous day out there! Guess what my cats tormented last night in the basement? A MOUSE!! OMG, DD and I are pathetic, we knew they were " on the prowl " then the 2 of them cornered the poor bugger and the games began. DD was able to trap it with a bucket on top and it took the 2 of us to transport the poor thing out back! ha ha almost more entertaining than anything that was on tv I'll tell you. keep smiling!

Still feeling pretty numb most days, a tad fragile, but taking it one moment at a time - sometimes an hour at a time and somtimes it can be a couple of hours at a time.

The weather was super until later in the afternoon and my yard sale went well. Made over $200.00 dollars and the garage is so much cleaner. Have a super night.

Winter remains on my mind due to lack of progress on yard maintenance issues since snow melted; sure some trees got trimmed but not all of the ones that need to be cut. Really don't want to experience another winter like that last one.

Due to hot weather, I am having more pop and freeze pops than one should but at least I'm keeping relatively comfortable this weekend. No A/C in the house...nice downpours today!
