You know if I weren't an animal lover and didn't know cats as well as I do...( sometimes I wonder if I was was once one)I know exactly what you mean by your cat being mad at you. It amazes me how they communicate without saying a word.

I used to work face to face with the public.... It was mostly good... I'll tell you... I knew quickly if my hair make up, manicure, perfume etc... was liked or not...lol My furry kids are good, though while we were away Sammie started getting knots again....Lucky loves to lay in the sun.... and we have a resident morning dove in our hanging basket at the front of the house... He/she is always there.... so funny...

Hi, actually no it doesn't seem to bother Amy and Daisy that I've been to the Humane Society at least not the last couple of weeks. They always come to the door to greet me and I do the usual - tell them how pretty and nice they are, how much I love them etc. etc!!! then we proceed to their bowls! There's a new pud in town that's been hanging out around our window freaking them out a bit, hopefully he's better cared for than the one last year that was left out in the really cold weather (they left for Germany and took him with them!!, didn't realize they cared that much!!!

Maggie does try and eat bees. She sure got a shock when the bee stung her. She hid under the table.

I'm getting there Andi. I'm feeling better & sleeping better too.

I never even thought about the pork and she has a sensitive stomach, that explains the upset stomach yesterday, thats a huge relief. She hasn't vomited since. I will follow your advice because I know your right on the money about the chicken and rice. Now I just have to figure out the rest of her issues lol. The vet told me not to worry about the heart thing yet but I cant help it. She is the baby.....

Oh, Andi..I think I've got him convinced that we NEED a new fur-baby! He told friends the other day, when they asked, that "we're in negotiations" ...which of course, means YES!
I'm really torn, though...a purebred is lovely, and I have a few in mind, but there are doggies in kennels at our SPCA that need homes, and I would love to find one there, but Hon, I absolutely cannot go into that place...it just makes me cry.I might have to trust my hubby to pick one out...I'm sure he'd do a good job and of course I'd love any doggie at all.

We also have a friend who's friend runs Pet Save here...I might just put an order in. We do want a small one this time. Even Papillon is trying to convince us to pick up a papillon from her dog's breeder...lol...But they just have a boy left, and we do want a girl.

See? Not so easy!!

For now. we're concentrating on our (first) honeymoon, and packing for the Sahara desert with it's absolutely frigid outside is NOT easy!
