We just got back a tich earlier, and I just finished posting, and yes, it was an absolutely wonderful couple of days! The street gang (all the retirees on our street) invited us all to a fish-fry and oh, my, we had an absolutely wonderful time! They're just the best people!!! We had a little drizzle as we hauled some stuff to the van, but it cleared up, it's a gorgeous sunny day, and the kids and their friends (the couple who purchased a permanent trailer earlier this summer) will have a great day! They're all staying until tomorrow.

I hope you're day is sunny there, too; these are the fall days that are so precious and beautiful!

well you were right, it IS raining now, guess hold off on any outdoor gardening for now. I think Bats should also be gone as well, he is a few yrs older than Edwin too. I just read this in the a.m. ( Star paper ) that Boston Red Sox would be a nice place for Edwin to go to?? I think Ortiz may have influenced that decision more than he realizes. ( article was pure speculation but makes ya wonder? ) Shapiro probably won't offer big money to Edwin will he? I would like him to stay too, but the budget only stretches so far I guess?/
We may blow it and totally miss the Post Season if this losing nonsense continues. Figures EVERYONE else won last night!! ( Orioles, Detroit, Mariners!! )

yeah, I think that was what kept me half way sane last night was the way the ump was calling balls as strikes but as you said for both sides. How is it Joey could not hit off this guy? It was like he had impaired vision!? Walked the babies just now, I usually go earlier to avoid the many elementary aged school kids, the dogs want to greet and lick them all! Hope you weekend includes a bit of R & R as well as your fund raising project!

Aw, you had a rainy day? We were absolutely almost summery gorgeous out there today! I got dressed to take Jenny to the back yard swing...socks, shoes, sweater, lol..had to peel the sweater off immediately!

hi-yep pretty good weekend so far-other than hubby is sick ,I have a cough need to get better for next sunday as goin g to stay with daughter/hubby and Sabastian,babysitting granddaughter right now on sons laptop so if any mistakes I am not use to it
