Doing good here but there never seems to be enough hours in the day for me lately. How are things with you?

oh woes me!! I tell you my heart was up and down during that game yesterday afternoon. Then I walked around like a zombie for the remainder of Sunday....just so disappointing that NY continuously screws us over!! Why bother ever going to NY to check on a play? We KNOW they never side with the Jays!! Martin's ball was fair! ( o.k. I really could not tell myself because with all the cameras they have somehow they could not show us the OTHER side of that ball hitting the wall???)
I wish I knew someone ( any fan ) that was sitting right there! They could verify for me.....ha ha So sad eh? We just gotta win our next bunch of games!!

hey I saw us on tv!! We had set the tv to record all 3 games. It is weird seeing yourself acting like a crazy fan on tv....but when you are there the atmosphere just demands it!!

We are on a small lake in Alberta (Sylvan Lake), nothing like the beautiful lakes in Ontario!! I was raised near Sarnia on the St Clair river and have always missed the waterways in Ontario, but I have been here for 40 years!!It must have been hard letting your cottage go, even with the two of us it is a lot of work!!

Thanks for the rep!!Had a nice but sad weekend, we closed down the cottage for the season, nights are dipping down to 3 degrees so it was time to take the dock and the boat out of the water.

Thank you, Hicks, it was really a lovely, quiet day compared to camping.. I hemmed two pair of our Grandson's jeans, and started cutting into my Niece's (the bride's) Grandmother's velvet wedding gown to sew the ring-bearer pillow...yikes!

We were at the game years ago when they were way down and came back to win. We left to beat crowd and heard they won when we were in taxi on way home lol.

oh yes! Can you imagine us hearing on the drive back to the hotel that the Jays came back to win in the 9th after we bailed from the Stadium in the 8th?? I am relieved they lost, which sounds selfish but ?? ha ha ha

Hicks, it was such a busy few days there, and the last night there were 11 family and extended family members around the campfire at the kids' site...we were pooped. The kids came home today also, to get their little guy ready for grade 3.. I have so much to do before my niece's wedding in 3 weeks all I could think about were those things sitting on my to-do list!!

I wish to survive the weekend with sibling at home too. Plan on walks tomorrow to get air. Not sure
about Monday but it will involve ice in drinks to cool off from the humidity.
