I've worked in retail management and the profit margin for a product at stores like LD, Walmart, SDM, etc, are very large so even when an item goes on sale, the store is still profiting over 70%. It is my hope that because of that profit, manufacturers will continue to send out coupons but simply make them one per purchase like how it is for those in eastern provinces currently

I am fine without getting something for free... unless its a FPC or a super 'almost free' coupon

This is my mother tongue, same as abouret! And I have so much difficulties to wrote in english when emotion come. This is why I just wrote in french to her!

Oh and we looked at one of those coffee machines too! We are at the age now that we cannot justify to bringing " another " dang coffee system in this house. ( Oh but I really do want one, argh! ) Like you said though, not a soul in the place, we laughed, yelled at each other from 3 aisles away, like it was our own private shopping spree! This was definitely retail therapy I think. lol

We were not adding as we went, because we were there to get the gifts and if the prices were reasonable or better, then we tossed it in the cart. Do you know we did not get back home till nearly 4:00 a.m.!! We left the house at around 1:45 a.m., boy did we ever browse eh?lol
