time sure does go quickly!
i hope you and your family are all healthy and well.

That is great but I am waaay ahead of ya Nat! Just had to find a way to use up the 8 cups of grated cauliflower I had left over so I took to the internet and ended up making some " hash browns ", some " rice pudding " and some " California rolls "! Wherever real rice is used, cauliflower can be substituted. Mind you it is a good thing I actually like the flavour of cauliflower in the first place.

Ha, ha-yes, it seems weekends are optical illusions. They do provide for daydreams and possibilities however.
