Thanks for the visitor message. I'm ok, just not able to get to the library very often to use the computer internet. My health has been rough lately, and there's been a lot of snow to deal with this winter, but otherwise, I'm still in the battle.

Thanks for explaining, I was kind of wondering has Natalka been influenced by Patty's vegan lifestyle? hee hee. I wish I could give up meat, ( from all the data on health it sure seems convincingly healthier because of the way meat is pumped full of hormones etc)...but, I think I cannot, not sure exactly what makes me crave steak at times, and seafood, and pork chops! Oh I guess it is just food in general I struggle with controlling. My DH is no help there, he is weaker than I so if I fall or slip off the plan, he says " let's go to Red Lobster! "
DS#1 has blessed us with his presence for the day, so we are probably dining out later, it is what we do best when we are all together.
