we kept it low key and casual, started serving burgers/sausages with Caesar salad and a 5 layer dip at 1:00, but spaced out the next appetizer type foods till half time because we were so stuffed still. The toughest part was forcing the birthday cake down later (around 9:30 p.m. ) We are amateurs when it comes to the usual Super Bowl binge eating we see bragged about in the news. Still I think we all had some laughs.
