Oh I was not on sc at all Thursday, I will have to check the GF food thread for the vid. I was @ Metro chuckling at the prices of the GF stuff ( all new things ) in a designated bunker...but after reading all the ingredient labels I passed...just junk. Oversalted, oversugared crap. You are sure correct though that at least there are more choices and products available, but you really have to know how to separate the wheat from the chaff ( pardon that awful pun! )

Nat if you see what I pay for the GF list of products I buy for the diet and lifestyle you would cringe! So I have to save things and hope to use them another way, waste not want not right? Also since I am home on vacation I did offer to drive them, the local buses are there, however it is the transfer to the second bus for both of them that is a PITA! If DD leaves here, it takes her up to 40 min total time, if I drive her it is 6 min drive. lol! DS commute is a tad further, about 15 min drive but he has taken as long as 1 hr20 min to travel by bus there. You know when you literally watch the bus you need take off? Then wait...wait for the next? I was just bellyaching this a.m....shame on me.

OMG what a great wesbite!!! I can't decide what recipe to make now. Thanks for confusing! lol I might be doing a batch next weekend and my neighbor wants to come and help me make some. I really would like to find a perogie filling with dry curds and potatoes though as that is what I grew up on. Then I'm going to venture onto new recipes. Thanks again as its a wonderful site!
