cool, thanks vee, I'll let him know! we're not hooked up to xbox live yet and weren't even sure we'd set it up but I'll throw that out there incase he's been thinking of it. your bf's probably well-equipped with this too but incase he's not, our game came with a unique code to enter on xbox live and get your free "spartan recon helmet"... I don't know what that is but if he does and he wants it, lemme know! there's also a code for a free two day "gold membership" pass. again, not a clue, but it sounds exclusive.

that's great they offer gluten-free. I wonder if they've got any GF desserts on the menu? I like the pumphouse, always loud with lots of energy and pretty packed I find. I've only had the veggie wrap and a couple of starters there, haven't explored their menu too much yet.

so veevee, you must've triggered something because we've since bought 360 and FINISHED halo reach! completely geeked out this weekend. we even had birthday parties, family events but stayed up to 5AM friday night and 3AM on saturday. "you guys look bagged, are you hungover? what did you last night?" "...saved the world, it's no big deal."

@ EB games at 10PM, now THAT'S dedicated! I saw clips of the hype for it on the news and it showed people in line getting inflatable swords from the game, lol. have you tried it out yet?

Aw, VeeVee...thank you. Yes, we are fortunate. Travelling to cities such as Cairo really makes us appreciate our city and country even more...so many security/police with machine guns walking around...it felt so unsafe...We have so much to be thankful for, living in Canada.

bf & I get right into it! we go on stints where we're addicted and play it for a good week or two, then leave it for awhile, rediscover it and play it on co-op all over again. we're trying to get our hands on halo reach that just came out. that's why we were considering xbox or PS3... PS3 plays blu-ray whereas our only reason for 360 is halo, lol. do you play it with the bf at all? I would never have imagined myself getting as into it as I do.
