Thanks for the kind words. I'm pretty worried about my Dad, probably even more than about myself. He's known for just trying to "soldier on" no matter what, so hopefully he remains open to my nagging and checking in all the time to make sure he's okay... it'll help both of us, IMHO.

The box I purchase is an 80 count box, and they have the Van Houtte variety pack with a few different types of coffee (no flavoured)in it. The other one we have is also an 80 count and it is the Timothy's, the carton in not mixed, although they have 3 different strenghts to choose from in the Timothy's.

I've been going on adrenaline since Friday. Tonight I was about to crash when the young thespians gave me some champagne (not sure what eased the pain, the drink or their banter).
