I will pray for you...thank you for prayers offered for my friend...she suffered a blood clot in her lung after having a biopsy for lung cancer and she suffered a heart attack. She was finally stable enough to transported to Victoria...enough about my friend...please know I will pray for you..lifting you up..=)

Aww...I was like that...worrying about everything so much my mind never seemed to be at rest...but now when one of those thoughts tries to wiggle its way into my consciousness, I just blow it away...literally...whooo! Out it goes. The other saying I try to live by is:
"Let go and let God." It's been a life-saver for me....

I take it to mean that we anticipate more 'troubles' than will actually come into our lives...He's saying that although he's experienced many troubles, many of them never happened (ie: he worried about what MIGHT happen, what MIGHT to wrong, but never did). Clear as mud? I hope I explained that right...it just reminds me not to worry about those disasters, those horrible things that probably won't happen...
